Position: Fundraising Manager
Location: Anywhere but must be prepared to spend time in London, visiting the office at least twice a month and attending events on behalf of the charity.
Hours: Full-time/ part time considered for the right person
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Benefits: 10% employer pension contribution, insurance 3 x annual salary, EAP, free well-being services (therapeutic), private medical cover, performance-related bonus up to 8% of salary.
The Drinks Trust

It relies primarily on donations and fundraising from businesses in the industry to fund its activities.
Fundraising Manager
We seek a commercial manager, ideally with drinks or hospitality industry experience, to maximize revenue generation from our business donor channel. Working as part of a high-performing team, this person will be accountable for new business strategy creation, pipeline development, cultivating and managing high-value partnerships, and supporting team members across the wider spectrum of our charitable activities, to contribute effectively to an overall team fundraising goal that enables us to meet our charitable giving objectives.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced commercial person who is passionate about the people who work in drinks and hospitality. You will drive the organization’s fundraising revenue by looking for opportunities to grow our donor base from the business partner channel from the addition of new partners and by optimizing sales opportunities from commercial means.
You will use your expertise and connections to create a new business strategy together with the CEO and execute with excellence to achieve targets, engaging your relationship management skills to maintain and enhance the partnerships created.
You will focus on winning business from new prospects for Business Partnerships, growing income for “Develop” our vocational educational pillar and on driving new membership to our Business Advisory Programme.
You will maximize engagement and revenue-driving opportunities across our corporate channel, maintaining awareness of industry trends and best practices. You will also participate in fundraising events and attend industry functions to drive awareness and reach for the charity. As part of a small team, you will be expected to support your colleagues as well as share your knowledge and expertise for joint success.
Vinokelly is delighted to be partnering exclusively with Greyfriars Vineyard in Surrey to search for a newly created position of General Manager.
This award winning and respected company have enjoyed many successes since it was taken over in 2011 by its current owners. They have expanded the vineyard area to over 40 acres, built a state of the art winery with an underground chalk cellar to accommodate this growth and their wines are sold throughout both locally and throughout the UK
They are now looking to the next phase of their growth and are looking for a General Manager with strong commercial experience and excellent connections in the industry. You will also be responsible for managing the current team of very talented and bright individuals. To do this role it is essential that you will be based close to or in reasonable commuting distance of the winery.

This will bring with it an increase in our turnover and our ambitions to grow the business. This shift is strategic and essential for the overall company’s development because the UK is the 2nd export market for Champagne and the 3rd for Bordeaux wines.
An opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to join one of the best Wine & Champagne/ Sparkling focussed agencies in the UK in this brand new role to become the company lead on all aspects of QA, BRCGS, HACCP, Sustainability and overall wine quality across their impressive supply base. You will also be a key point of contact on the customer side (On and Off Trade) to deal with and support all technical and quality related matters.
