To find a commercial leader that can take their UK and European business (also their largest and most important market) branded and private label to the next level by examining and reshaping current routes to market. Establish a new standalone business that will allow closer customer relationships and closer ownership of the supply chain.

Extensive research across various drinks and other FMCG categories for high impact sales and commercial directors looking for the next step up in their career. The challenge here was to find a candidate who would be able to hit the ground running from day one, keep current UK and EU stakeholders engaged and also maintain the longer term strategic focus for the region.
